Our solutions: Partnerships

The problems facing the world’s forests are too large for any one group to tackle alone

Because threats often arise from multiple root causes, including social and economic factors, WWF draws on the complementary skills and support of partners to help achieve its conservation goals.

Partnerships are one of the most vital strategies of WWF’s work and the organisation actively encourages collaboration at all levels, across every sector, and across every continent.

From small villages to global businesses
Whether - for example - it's with villagers in Madagascar, the World Bank, IKEA, the Government of Russia, or a major timber company, WWF is committed to working with local people, communities, governments, businesses, NGOs and International Organizations.

In addition to the partners presented here, WWF works with hundreds of grassroots organisations globally whose collaboration is as equally important to protect forests.

WWF's Forest for Life Programme values its partners because we know we're stronger and more effective together than alone.
